However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be perfect for you. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as thoughtful and straightforward as our products.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • All Food Items (e.g., COCO Chocolatiers products)
  • Opened or Used Children’s Books (for health and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or Made-to-Order Items (including special Collaborations or custom Bags & Pouches)
  • Downloadable Software or Digital Products
  • Gift Cards
All sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Please contact our customer service team within the 15-day window to initiate your return or exchange. Send your request to [email protected] using the template provided below. We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions for mailing your item back to us.

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you have received your Returns Authorization Number, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the following address:

Important: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Step 3: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account, typically up to 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
