This design is taken from a Feuillet (Paris) porcelain plate in the Sèvres style, c.1830. It is one of a dessert service acquired by the sixth Duke of Devonshire (1790-1858) and is on display in the Great Dining Room at Chatsworth.
This tin plate is both light and durable, making for a perfect addition to an ‘al fresco’ dining experience.
