Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each item is lovingly wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95
    We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order should arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our studio.
  • Free Shipping
    For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite perfect, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and gracious as our products.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to the delicate or personal nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
  • All Food Items (e.g., COCO Chocolatiers chocolates)
  • Opened or Used Children’s Books (for health and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or Made-to-Order Items (including special Collaborations and custom Bags & Pouches)
  • Downloadable Software or Digital Products
  • Gift Cards
  • All sale items

The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window to initiate your return. Use the template below. We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and mailing instructions.

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Once you have your authorization, please carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship them to us at:

Important: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Step 3: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Their Timing

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may then take additional time to process and post the refund to your account—this can typically take up to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For approved exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
